Once the 24-hour window has passed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of whether the test has been completed or not.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for any tests once the 24-hour period after the transaction has elapsed.
If you have already started or completed the test within the 24-hour period, a refund will not be processed.
